Refunds and trading risk
Refunds are available for verified product malfunctions, including failure to open trades when valid entry conditions are met on a correctly configured, supported setup. Trading losses or a period without qualifying setups do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund.
We do not guarantee profits, returns, a win rate or protection against losses. Trading losses are possible. Refund eligibility concerns product functionality, not trading performance.
