When a refund is available
We offer a refund of the product purchase price if the supplied product is nonfunctional or fails to open trades because of a verified product fault, after the supplied setup instructions have been followed on a documented supported configuration. This includes a defect that prevents the supplied source from compiling or the product from running as described.
When no trades does not mean a malfunction
The EA is designed to wait for qualifying entries. A closed market, no qualifying setup, or an active news, session, spread or risk filter can legitimately prevent new trades. There is no guaranteed minimum number of trades. A failure to open an eligible trade because of a product fault is different from the strategy correctly waiting or blocking an entry.
Trading results are not guaranteed
We do not guarantee profits, returns, a win rate or protection against losses. Trading losses are possible. Refund eligibility concerns product functionality, not trading performance.
Trading losses, drawdown, missed opportunities or dissatisfaction with returns do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund under this policy. A software refund concerns the product purchase price; it is not a reimbursement of trading-account losses. This does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the Contact page or your purchase support channel. Include your order reference, product version, MT5 build, a description of the problem and relevant screenshots or log excerpts. Remove passwords, API keys and account credentials before sharing anything.
We will review the reported issue with you to determine whether it is a product malfunction or expected strategy behavior. If a verified product fault meets this policy, we will refund the product purchase price.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
